Who we are

AssoEtica was set up by a small number of founder members who decided to devote some talent, time and professional ability to non-profit activities in order to contribute to the common good in an ethical way. Many others (joining members) are welcome to come aboard and contribute towards the cause.

Every human being has the right to earn a living, and doing it in an ethical way is a duty. The dual aim of making a profit and respecting your neighbour is at the base of the new alliance which we are working towards and which must form and unite the conscientious community.

Every day we come up with new ideas on how, what, where and when to do this.

Mission

To achieve its objectives, the association may join existing or future confederations, bodies and organizations with similar aims to those laid down in its articles of association.

The association works together with organizations and individuals in order to carry out initiatives which fall within its aims.

However it maintains complete independence with respect to them, whether they be public or private bodies, universities and educational institutes, private institutes, companies, associations or private individuals.

Ethics in profit

For every businessman, the quest for profit and responsible conduct are not only compatible with an enlightened outlook, but is in line with the new social commitment which global marketing requires.

• Seminars for applying ethics to business.
  AssoEtica organises study panels on specific subjects concerning ethics and profit, put forward by companies, and produces reports at the end of the work with implementation instructions and recommendations for the immediate and medium term.
  The seminars are structured by the scientific committee and supervised by the Ethics Committee, as regards the choice of speakers, guests and subject-matter.
• Courses and Master Courses in Ethics Management
  Companies need an internal reference point able to inspire them, orient them and guide them in the difficult dual objective of making profits and behaving responsibly.
  Managers with an original set of personal relationship skills, the ability to mediate, entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility and sensitivity to equal opportunities are Ethical Managers. They are trained with weekly, bimonthly or monthly working round tables, organized in-house by AssoEtica and integrated with classroom activities according to the course chosen: Training Course or Master course in Ethics Management.
